You are right!! How did you figure it out?

Explaining the results:

To get cystic fibrosis, the person must inherit one affected gene from each parent.

Since both Bill and Amy are healthy, they do not have two copies of the gene.

If only Bill has one copy of the affected gene and Amy does not have any, then all their children will be normal.  In order to develop the disease, a person would need to have two copies of the gene.
